Simmy Rohilla is a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of extensive training and experience in India, the United Kingdom and Ireland in the area of mental health.
She also worked as an Assistant Professor and supervisor in the Department of Clinical Psychology, SGT University, India for Clinical Psychologist trainees.
She has been working with children and adults in public hospitals, prisons, schools, NGOs, and corporate and care homes. Her focus areas include but are not restricted to clinical disorders like depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, phobias, relationship/marital issues, sexual dysfunctions & disorders. Her psychotherapeutic intervention is based on the client and therapist’s mutually decided goals. She believes in working as a facilitator for her clients.
She has a human-centered, eclectic, and evidence-based approach to treatment with a blend of online ecotherapy models where she doesn’t believe in putting her clients in a box of labels (diagnosis) but helping them in their holistic development to facilitate growth and change.
